Jason Hicks
Managing Director
Jason has been with the Aston Educational Group for over 6 years. He was a T&D Manager and then HR VP before being tapped to lead Oxford Associates in China. Aside from leading a diverse group of talented individuals in Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen, he also creates a number of our training courses and seminars. Jason has spoken to numerous Universities, businesses and groups of HR professionals about topics ranging from ROI to Communication.

Christopher Brantley
General Manager
Christopher has been General Manager for Oxford Associates’ Shanghai branch since it was started in 2008. His recent client list includes Johnson & Johnson, Nomura Securities, and Shanghai International Management Training College. He first came to China as a trainer, but spent the next 8 years traveling to every corner of the country in various management positions. During that time, he discovered the outstanding diversity in Chinese culture, picked up Mandarin, and ate everything in sight.

Nicholas Ingleton
Nicholas Ingleton has been in Asia since 1958 and currently resides in Tokyo. He was previously Managing Director of Time Inc.'s book publishing businesses in Asia from 1968 to 1981, and chairman and later a director of Time Life Educational Systems Inc., Time Inc,'s corporate training business in Japan. Since 1986 he has been president at various times of a number of the Tuttle publishing and distribution businesses.

David Wisner
David Wisner is CEO and Founder of The Aston Education Group. He has over 12 years of experience managing educational projects in the PRC, Vietnam, Singapore, and the US with Aston Educational Group, including: corporate training programs, children’s educational programs, adult educational programs, and college preparatory programs.

Yuanxi Ma
Yuanxi Ma is Development Director of Aston iTEP. She holds a Ph.D. in American Literature/Comparative Literature from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She was previously Director of Translation of the China Practice Group of Baker & McKenzie International Law Firm in Chicago. She has had a number of literary and legal translations and writings published in various journals and edited books.
