FSI - Oral Proficiency Interview

Originally designed to evaluate the language proficiency of members of the US Foreign Service, the FSI interview evaluates not only language proficiency, but also communication and interpersonal skills.

The FSI interview has been adapted for the corporate sector and has proven to be one of the most accurate predictors of “real life” communication capabilities.
