Designed for clients who want to learn how to asses audiences for more successful presentations, meeting, and negotiations. Participants learn how to identify an audience’s needs, read an audience’s emotional state, and interact with their audience in order to prepare and facilitate a successful event.
Questions and Answers
Designed for clients who want to be able to answer difficult questions, whether from audience members, employers, coworkers, or customers. Participants will learn effective techniques and methods for handling difficult questions, and will engage in actively simulating and practicing answering various questions.
Body Language and Gestures
Designed for clients who want to project power and confidence, capture an audience’s attention, and improve everyday communication skills. Using video recorded analysis, participants learn to identify their strengths and weaknesses with body language and gestures. Participants will actively practice, receive feedback on proper usage, and be tested on their ability to accurately utilize gestures and confident body language.
Influencing and Connecting with People
Designed for clients who want to improve communication skills, networking abilities, and interpersonal communication skills. Participants will learn how to read others’ body language, project confidence, start a friendly conversation with anyone, and build rapport quickly.
Creativity
Designed for clients who want to improve their creativity for any situation. Participants learn how to tap into their creativity and think “outside the box”. Using various activities, participants learn how to brainstorm, set mental frames for themselves, and apply creativity to solve everyday problems they might encounter.
Active Listening
Designed for clients who want to improve their listening skills for any social environment. Participants will learn how to listen actively in various situations, such as conversations and meetings . Active listening involves body language, paraphrasing, asking for clarification, and showing interest.
Learning / Studying Tips
Designed for clients who want to be able to improve their studying skills in any area. Participants will review some helpful tips for effective learning. The program includes analyzing personal learning styles and adjusting study habits accordingly. Also, participants will receive helpful hints and tips for memorizing information and studying alone.
Teleconference Refresher
Designed for clients who want to improve their teleconference skills. Participants will receive a review of teleconference etiquette, useful hints, and vocabulary. Interactive activities allow for practical application and hands-on practice in real life situations.

Participants will learn how to analyze data objectively, form conclusions using linear logic, and select the best options available with the given information.

Participants will be exposed to various tactics and techniques for debating, and be required to actively listen to others. Participants will be exposed to vocabulary related to asking for clarification, offering opinions, and disagreeing politely.
Time Management Tips
Designed for clients who would like to make their lives more efficient and productive. Participants will explore different methods for maximizing efficiency and eliminating “time wasters”. Activities include case studies, prioritizing exercises, scheduling evaluations, and dealing with disturbances.
