Through a variety of hands-on activities, trainees analyze and utilize strategies and techniques for generating successful negotiations. This seminar explores such aspects as Western vs Chinese negotiating styles, distributive vs integrative negotiations, and concessions.
Participants will learn effective negotiating tips and tactics, study ways to increase their BATNA, and learn how to identify and counter various ploys. Business Writing
Nearly all professions within the realm of international business require writing. However, many professionals lack the skills and knowledge to meet todays global writing standard. Improved writing skills can greatly affect many aspects of your organization.
In this intensive course, students will participate in a variety or writing activities. Exercises include speed writing, writing analysis, logical structuring, and proofreading. Time will also be allocated for grammar, capitalization, and punctuation review.
